So you think you can France?

Sometimes, you just have to quit your job, put your worldly possessions into storage, and move to France for a while to teach English, be broke, and live by the Mediterranean. about moi

Katy Dubya
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
Je m'appelle Katy, and I write this blog. I'm a 26-year-old* Texan (and no, I don't ride a horse to work or wear a cowboy hat) who happens to love all things French. I've done some things, like gone to college in West Texas and grad school in Southern Louisiana, spent some summers in Quebec, and taught French at both the high school and university level. Now, I'm going to do some other things, like travel, meet new people, and generally have the fun. Also, just so you know up front, I can lick my elbow. *This blog tracks my experiences living in France as a language assistant through the TAPIF program in 2012-2013 when I was 25-26 years old.
